BnBnomics was created by professional property managers who wanted to give a fresh take to the industry. We have seen people calling themselves experts because “they were making 6 digits a year on Airbnb” and we know that with only 2 properties that can easily be achieved. We have almost 20 properties under management, have processed millions in Airbnb revenue and built our way up. We want to share actual good advice based on experience and not referrals.
